We understand, that there maybe a few question un-answered, so in order to answer the questions for you, we have compiled a nice little FAQ's Page.

We hope the answers below will answer any questions you may have for us.

FAQ's...

Do you work on just PC's or Macs too?

We work on both. PC's and Macs.

Do you make house calls?

We prefer to call it on-site, but we do. No matter if you a big business, a small business or just an everyday user, if you cant come to us, we will come to you.

What if I can't come to you, but don't want on-site service?

Simple, just give us a call, and we will setup a Pick-Up time and date for you. One of our drivers will come to you and pick up the already unhooked, and ready to go desktop or laptop from your house. FREE!

You said "Un-Hooked" above what do you mean?

What it means, it the computer should be free, nothing attached to the computer, and waiting for our driver to just pick up.

What if I need help unhooking the computer?

Unfortunately are free pick-up service enables us to send a no-technical agent to you house to do a simple pickup. If you do need help, we are more than happy to send a technical agent to you home for a one time fee of $100 which includes, freeing you computer of any cords, brining it back to our shop, working on it, and then hooking it back up in your home or office once work is completed.

What's your average turn around time?

This is a hard question, since it really depends on weather or not the part is in stock. If the part is in stock, it usually takes 3-5 business days to get it on the bench and then about a business day or so to get it repaired. Of course we will go over all of that BEFORE we do any work on you system, so you have a better idea.

Where is the store located?

In order to be able to charge you a lesser charger, we had to cut back on the "open the public" store front. Meaning, we don't have a showroom a customer can visit, but to make up for that, we offer a great Mail-in program as well as our FREE Pick-up program.

So what's this Mail-In Program all about?

Good Question... The way it will work is, if you live out side of Pick-Up area OR if you would rather just mail the computer in to us, we would do a over the phone consultation. Once everything is setup, we would ship you a pre-paid box to securely send your desktop or laptop into us. Once we get it, we will do another consultation over the phone, along with providing you a estimate. Once agreed up, and all work is completed. We would securely send the box back to you.

Why this Mail-in service?

To be honest, that's how we started. We use to, and still advertise our services on sites like eBay and Craigslist. Why would we ever turn our back on the customers that got us up and running in the first place :)
